Am I eligible for a trade account?

Trade accounts are available for electricians, builders, architects, interior designers, property developers, landscapers, maintenance professionals, engineers, specifiers, hoteliers, lighting retailers, and electrical wholesalers. If your work involves specifying, installing, or reselling lighting, you're likely eligible. Apply below and we'll confirm within 1-2 business hours.

Do you offer click and collect?

Yes, click and collect is available from our Sydney warehouse at 9/2 Christina Rd, Villawood NSW 2163. Select 'In-Store Pick Up' as your delivery method at checkout. Orders placed before 10am Monday to Friday are ready for same-day collection. The warehouse is open 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Do you have a minimum order value?

Most trade accounts have no minimum order value. Lighting retailers and high-volume resellers can access a separate pricing tier with deeper discounts and a minimum order requirement. We'll match you to the right tier when we set up your account.

Do you offer payment terms?

Net 30 terms are available for electrical wholesalers and lighting retailers with an established order history. All other trade accounts operate on prepaid terms. We'll match you to the right arrangement when we set up your account.
