All returns must be lodged within 30 working days for a refund​ or credit.

At LiquidLEDs, we stand behind our product! If a LiquidLEDs customer is unsatisfied with their purchase, they can contact us within 30 days of taking delivery, arrange to return the product and receive a refund of the purchase price, excluding the associated Delivery Cost.

*Please read the information below before you submit an online return request.

The return items must be:
  • Unused
  • In original condition and a resalable condition. This includes the item's original packaging (the product box, product tags etc). If this packaging is damaged, you will not be eligible for a refund​ or credit.

If returned goods do not meet these criteria, a refund​ or credit will be declined, and we will return the products to you.

Please send the items back the same way they were received to protect the product from damage in transit.

Change of Mind Refund
 
Where a customer requests a refund in accordance with these terms and conditions, the refund will be for the amount of the purchase price, excluding the Delivery Cost as specified in the Customer's Order. If items were ordered under “Free Shipping” or "Express Shipping" promotions, the customer would be charged $13 for orders below $50, $15 for orders above $50, $18 for orders above $145, $23 for orders above $200, $35 for orders over $500 and $55 for orders $1000.
The 30 Day period will commence on the date that the customer accepts delivery of their LiquidLEDs product. Where there is no proof of delivery, this date will be assumed to be 3 business days from the date of dispatch of the product.
 
The LiquidLEDs product must be returned within 14 days of requesting a refund under these terms and conditions.
 
Returned products must be returned according to the Refunds and Returns section of the LiquidLEDs and Order Terms and Conditions. This includes returning the product in its original packaging in a resaleable condition.
 
Customers must return the products they seek a refund at their own cost. If they are unable to find a way to return the products, LiquidLEDs may arrange for a courier to pick them up from the customer. Where LiquidLEDs arranges for a courier to pick up the products, the customer will be charged the same amount as the Delivery Cost listed in their Order to cover the cost of returning the products.
 
After receiving the returned LiquidLEDs Products, LiquidLEDs will issue a refund as soon as is reasonably practicable, and the customer will receive an e-mail acknowledgement.
 
Where possible, refunds will be processed by reversing the initial customer transaction. LIquidLEDs accepts no responsibility for any delays that may occur in receiving the refund as a result of any third-party payment gateway.
A customer will be charged $1​5 if the goods are returned to LiquidLEDs as a return-to-sender parcel.

G. RETURNS POLICY
LiquidLEDs offers 30-day guarantee on all purchases made through the Site. 
If you decide to return a product at any time within 30 days of the date of your order, you may send it back at your expense in like-new condition, and LiquidLEDs will issue you a refund or credit of the purchase price. 
 
You must contact LiquidLEDs within thirty days to arrange for return shipping. Except for defects existing on delivery, returned products must be in unblemished condition, with full functionality, and include all the original materials found in the product packaging (boxes, etc.).
If merchandise is returned after the 30-day period, a 30% restocking fee will be charged, and only store credit will be issued. In some instances, returns will not be accepted for items received after the 30-day window.
 
Goods must be unused and still in their original packaging. If your request is accepted,  you will receive a GRA, which must be attached to the products.
 
Products must then be sent back at your own cost. Credit will be issued when goods are returned and inspected in our warehouse.
 
*** Custom-made products are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
